Massage

Massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of therapy. It is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body.

The physical benefits of massage include:

·Increasing circulation: Skin and muscle tone is improved.

·Removal of toxins, thus strengthening the immune system

·Reduces blood pressure

·Relaxes and softens injured or overused muscles and increases joint flexibility

·Releases endorphins – the body’s natural painkillers.
